Have you ever wondered why it's called a bralette? Because it lets you do things without getting in your way! Bralettes make a stylish statement while making sure you're at ease.

Here are some FAQs to clear all your doubts about bralettes:

What's a bralette?

A bralette is a softer, lighter, non-wired bra. It's basically regular innerwear but without the things you hate about a bra - underwires, ugly straps. It can be with or without hooks. For those who find bra hooks digging in their backs, BRAG has a range of bralettes in various styles without hooks.

Bralette sizing - How do I know my size?

Unlike bras, finding out your bralette size is fairly easy. Different brands have different size guides and trying to remember the size for each brand can be really painful. Ain’t nobody got time for that! When it comes to bralettes, it's easier because you fall under one of the categories - XS,S,M,L,XL and even if there are minor body changes, bralettes easily stretch to accommodate your body shape and size. How to take care of your bralettes ?

To make sure your bralettes fit like a dream, follow these simple steps to keep it looking as good as new.

Padded or Non padded

Bralettes with removable pads give you the flexibility to wear it with or without it. While washing, remove the pads and hand wash it so it doesn’t get dented or damaged. Most bras get permanently damaged when you machine wash it, so it's advisable to always hand wash your intimates. Depending upon your outfit and your preference, you can choose if you would want to wear a bralette with or without pads.

Is it an alternative to good ol' bras?

Bralettes are essentially super comfortable, lightweight and soft bras without underwires. They are the perfect alternative to regular bras.

Do they provide support?

Bralettes are all about comfort and provide light support. There are bralettes for all shapes and sizes that provide the required amount of support and are easy to wear at the same time.

How to style one?

A bralette demands to be seen, not just felt. From pairing it with button down shirts to bomber jackets, there's a lot that you can experiment with. Check out how to style a bralette here.
