1. What if I want to exchange my products?
If the Bralette is unused and the tags are intact you could exchange the product within 15 days of having received it. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to help us enable an exchange.
For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept the return of panties.
The cancellation request should be sent to email@example.com, within 24 hours of purchase.
2. What if I want to return my products and want a refund?
We hope that we’re able to address any issues to prevent this, but in the rare situation that you do still want to cancel, do email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 9945699006
As mentioned above, we would not process exchange or refund of panties

3. How long will it take for me to get a refund of my money?
The refund time would vary based on your mode of payment. Do give us 10-15 days to co-ordinate with the relevant payment partner and process your refund.
