1. How long will my order take to get delivered?
- If you live in the following 6 Metro Cities – Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai or Pune and your order has been received before 3pm (Mon-Sat), it will be delivered within 3-4 working* days.
- If you live in any city other than the 6 metros mentioned above and your order has been received before 3pm (Mon-Sat), it will be delivered within 7-10 working* days.
- If your order has been received after 3pm on any working day (Mon-Sat), it will be counted as the next day’s order.
- There may be a situation where we have run out of that particular product due to a sudden spurt in orders. Rest assured that we will do our best to get your product/s to you as soon as possible and we will inform you by email of delay in delivery.
*Note: Sundays and National/Public Holidays aren't counted as working days
2. Is there a way I can track my delivery?
